• Order Acceptance: An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed through our secure checkout
• Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing a correct name, shipping address, and phone number for delivery
• Payment Processing: We currently accept prepaid orders only; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Online payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, and we do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking details
• Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case any amount paid will be refunded

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping across India on all orders. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and on our product pages, but actual delivery dates may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty
